Job summary

Community Services Group - CSG is hiring an Assistant Program Director to assist with program management and location operations within the Adult Mental Health Services Enhanced Community Residential Rehabilitation program. The APD reports to the Program Director and supports daily activities, compliance, and data collection.

The role requires a clinical bachelor’s degree with direct mental health/IDD experience and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline required.
• 2 years of work with individuals who have mental illness and/or IDD.
• At least 1 year of supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors program and employee compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervises, trains, and oversees performance management of staff.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
