Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead client care programs, provide supervision, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and collaborate with the Program Director.

The ideal candidate holds an independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC), a Master’s in social work or related field, and at least two years of experience with children, youth and families. The role offers a competitive salary and a $1,500 stay-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director.
