Job summary

Apcprods seeks a Board-certified MD/DO in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology with Hematopathology expertise for hospital-based pathology services in Florida. The role emphasizes diagnostic excellence, teaching, and research involvement.

The candidate will work across UMH, JMH and affiliated centers, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with JCAHO, CAP and CLIA standards. Florida license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be an MD/DO licensed to practice medicine in Florida.
• Board certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, or both, with hematopathology credentials.
• Strong knowledge in hematopathology and laboratory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and lab management services for hematopoietic diseases in hospital settings.
• Participate in education of residents, fellows and medical students.
• Engage in collaborative research and seek sponsored program funding.
• Maintain JCAHO/CAP/CLIA accreditation standards.
• Support quality assurance and department committees.
