Job summary

RWS Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Entertainment Operations Manager to lead on-site entertainment at Heide Park, coordinating with global teams to deliver premier guest experiences. You will manage daily operations, staffing, casting, and safety while upholding brand standards across live events and productions.

This role requires strong leadership, multi-team collaboration, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Management, Performing Arts, Technical Production, or related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in entertainment management, live operations, or theatre operations.
Fluency in German and English; legally able to live and work in Germany.

Responsibilities

Lead daily on-site entertainment operations, ensuring show quality and guest engagement.
Oversee entertainment teams including performers, technicians, and support staff.
Coordinate with park operations to integrate entertainment into guest experiences.
Collaborate with global teams to share learnings and maintain brand standards.
Assist in recruitment, casting, and scheduling processes for local talent.
Monitor KPIs and guest feedback to drive improvements in operations and safety.
