Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with internal systems and applications.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across departments.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or fabrication preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop and warehouse staff in collaboration with Production Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor production flow to meet project deadlines.
• Provide turnaround dates to sales staff and communicate production updates.
• Identify and propose solutions for operational challenges.
• Schedule daily LTL and truckload shipments.
• Manage deliveries and create Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Verify job status, prepare shipment paperwork, and process invoices.
• Direct lift operators to optimize material flow.
• Assist in reducing overtime and improving processes.
• Work with sales to enhance customer experience and communication.
