Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Completion of the Production Management Trainee – Step 1 program preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/spreadsheets required.

Responsibilities

• Plans activity for the short-term and long-term.
• Develops department production schedule.
• Supervises a group of employees to maximize productivity.
• Ensures operations meet efficiency and quality standards.
• Identifies and drives improvement initiatives.
• Coaches and counsels employees and initiates corrective actions.
• Manages inventory usage and participates in inventory processes.
• Develops understanding of production scheduling, budgeting, and expenses.
• Maintains operations in compliance with laws and company policy.
• Participates in Safety Committee activities.
