What You’ll Do:

• Learn and master the manual processes involved in building high-quality replica trees and greenery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

• 2-5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role in production, fabrication, or a related field.

• Experience in creative or themed industries is highly desirable.

• Skills:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

• Strong computer proficiency (Google Workspace and ERP systems).

• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new software and systems efficiently.
