Job summary

SweetRush, Inc. is looking for a Freelance Production Manager located virtually to manage eLearning projects. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in multi-project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality learning product delivery. The position is flexible, requiring about 20 hours per week for up to six months, starting July 7th, 2025.

Qualifications

About the Role

Working as part of a highly creative cross-functional team, our Production Managers (PdMs) plan and manage the internal development process of our eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and other learning product deliverables.

You will play a crucial role in streamlining our build operations, managing resources, and coordinating teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, technical expertise, attention to detail, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.

  • This is a freelance opportunity requiring up to 20 hours of your weekly availability
  • The contract will last up to 6 months
  • Start date: July 7th, 2025

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will:

  • Partner with the Project Manager (PM) and collaborate with Design, Learning Experience Design (LXD), Audio, Dev, Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA) teammates from project kickoff through final delivery
  • Complete project production-related tasks
  • Plan and manage the internal development processes, including daily communication and collaboration with the project team and coordination with the PM, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning products
  • Identify and mitigate production risks
  • Support client reviews by facilitating client revision cycles by creating review links, processing client feedback, and validating client revisions implementation
  • Facilitate implementation and LMS preparation tasks
  • Facilitate delivery of the final product and source files

  • Collaborative and comfortable working virtually with cross-functional global teams
  • A resourceful team builder and obstacle remover
  • Capable of working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • An empathetic, consultative, positive, flexible team leader
  • Adaptable to the project and process-specific needs to accomplish project success

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Multi-project coordination/management experience: Three (3) years minimum
  • English fluency
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills in a remote/virtual team environment
  • Excellent self-organizing, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Risk forecasting and mitigation experience
