Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-based company, is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support engineering, delivery, and construction execution on assigned projects. This role involves assisting in technical solutions, cost estimates, and bid processes while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

The position requires a engineering background with at least 2 years in project-related roles, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; P.E. license is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project engineering or project management.
• Experience in packaged equipment, HVAC, ESCO, data centers or power generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical solutions and cost estimates during the proposal stage.
• Support Product Management in customer interface for engineering, delivery, and construction execution.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to determine the project start-to-finish schedule.
• Responsible for internal distribution of all project-related documentation for review and revisions.
• Travel to job sites as needed to manage and close out conflicts with the Customer.
