Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools in New York City seeks an Assistant Principal of Specialty to lead diverse disciplines and develop outstanding teachers. You will build joyful, safe, and rigorous school culture, coach specialty staff, and align programs with a data-driven growth plan.

You will oversee cross-disciplinary specialty initiatives, foster authentic relationships with families, and drive student achievement and engagement across NYC campuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading, coaching, and developing educators across multiple disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Clear vision for excellence in Specialty instruction, community-wide engagement, and classroom culture.
• Ability to develop and strengthen Zeta’s Specialty programming across NYC.
