Responsibilities

• Support School Leadership: The Assistant Principal works with the Principal to manage faculty, staff and students, focusing on curriculum, instruction and student discipline.
• Implement School Mission and Vision: Align policies and practices with Catholic mission and vision.
• Supervise and Support Staff: Provide professional development and support staff growth.
• Manage Student Affairs: Oversee attendance, student discipline, and create a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Community: Engage parents, parish members and stakeholders to support the school's mission.
• Curriculum and Instruction: Assist in curriculum development and review to meet goals and standards.
• Maintain and Improve School Environment: Monitor facilities, safety and security.
• Advocate for Students: Support academic and social-emotional development.
• Develop and Implement Initiatives: Lead initiatives for student development and leadership.
• Represent the School: Represent the school at events and in communications with external stakeholders.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional duties as needed by the Principal.
