Responsibilities

• Support School Leadership: The Assistant Principal works closely with the Principal in managing the school, including faculty, staff, and students, focusing on curriculum, instruction, and student discipline.
• Implement School Mission and Vision: The Assistant Principal ensures that all policies, procedures, and practices align with our Catholic mission and vision.
• Supervise and Support Staff: This includes supervising teachers, staff, and volunteers,providingprofessional development opportunities, and supporting their professional growth.
• Manage Student Affairs: This may include overseeing attendance, student discipline, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Community: The Assistant Principal fosters a collaborative environment within the school community and works with parents, parish members, and other stakeholders to support the school's mission.
• Curriculum and Instruction: The Assistant Principal mayassistin curriculum development, implementation, and review, ensuring alignment with school goals and standards.
• Maintain and Improve School Environment: This includes monitoring and improving the overall school environment, including physical facilities, safety, and security.
• Advocate for Students: The Assistant Principal supports student academic and social-emotional growth and advocates for their needs.
• Develop and Implement Initiatives: The Assistant Principal may be involved in developing and implementing initiatives to support student development, leadership, and community engagement.
