Responsibilities

• Support School Leadership: work with the Principal to manage faculty, staff and students, focusing on curriculum, instruction and student discipline.
• Implement School Mission and Vision: ensure policies align with Catholic mission and vision.
• Supervise and Support Staff: oversee teachers and staff, provide professional development and growth.
• Manage Student Affairs: oversee attendance, discipline and a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Community: engage parents, parish members and stakeholders to support the school’s mission.
• Curriculum and Instruction: assist in curriculum development, implementation and review.
• Maintain and Improve School Environment: monitor facilities, safety, and security.
• Advocate for Students: support student growth and advocate for their needs.
• Develop and Implement Initiatives: contribute to programs to support student development and engagement.
• Represent the School: attend events and communicate with external stakeholders.
• Other Duties as Assigned: take on additional tasks as needed by the Principal.
