Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Preproduction Manager across all stages of production projects.
• Support electrical power, lighting, and low voltage installations.
• Assist with budgets, constructability reviews, value engineering, and project documentation.
• Develop project budgets, cost alternatives, change orders, and proposals.
• Provide design, budgeting, and model coordination support.
• Manage project submittal and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Support field personnel during construction and translate design intent to the field.
• Attend site meetings and site visits to document existing conditions.
• Create and document value engineering solutions and quantify affected cost elements.
• Assist engineering teams with designs to meet project goals.
• Support collection of schedule and production data for project control functions.
• Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors.
• Support construction as-built and documentation processes.
• Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Technical Associate or Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of electrical or systems experience
• Alternatively, entry level CAD/Revit or Accubid experience and 5 or more years of Manufacturing and/or Construction experience preferred
• Ability to travel 15-40%
• Ability to work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday
• Overtime may be required
• Ability to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
