The Beck Group in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to join a team delivering multi‑million dollar projects. You will support the team leader on preconstruction duties, oversee estimates from $5M to $15M, and drive bid execution with BIM-enabled workflows.

You will organize and develop estimates, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate, timely content and risk‑aware cost analysis.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant construction and/or preconstruction experience.
• College graduate with a relevant degree.
• Experience using 3D models for Preconstruction.
• Proficiency with Procore and estimating platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate model quantity surveys and initial pricing.
• Independently estimate interior, envelope, site and structure scopes.
• Develop and maintain project documents (estimates, drawings/models).
• Lead bid day process with reliable execution.
• Mentor Preconstruction Engineers and Interns.
• Participate in client presentations.
