• Experience using 3D models for Preconstruction.
• Ability to identify risk factors regarding contract, insurance, schedule, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and complete the preconstruction process on projects.
• Provide estimates from schematic design through construction documents.
• Manage project budget scope and costs.
