You will support estimating, engineering and VDC efforts to meet project goals while coordinating with teams and field personnel as needed.

The role emphasizes developing budgets, strategies, and design coordination to drive project success across stages and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical degree required.
• Experience with estimating and design coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of design-build, design assist, and integrated projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead in estimating and budgeting for projects.
• Support Preconstruction Manager across design, budgeting and model coordination.
• Coordinate with design teams to translate design intent to budget and schedule.
• Support field teams and RFP processes as needed.
• Assist with energy code and egress lighting drawings for submittals.
