Faith Technologies seeks an EPC Preconstruction Manager to lead a cross-functional team from pursuit to planning and design. You will coordinate design with consultants, manage BIM/3D modeling, budgeting, scheduling and procurement planning, and ensure client satisfaction through early project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 10 years of design-build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination.
• Travel 15-25% of time.
• Work schedule includes 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Works with Group Leader of Preconstruction to develop best-in-class Preconstruction services.
• Keeps project leadership informed of open design issues and tracks changes in design and cost.
• Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes the team to meet deliverables.
• Participates in meetings to present Preconstruction services benefits to clients.
• Uses PSR, TIA, RACI, and cost reports to monitor progress and budgets.
• Oversees BIM/3D-modeling development for the project.
• Acts as the single point of contact for Preconstruction activities.
• Coordinates with Project Manager and/or Project Controls to develop project schedule.
• Guides project managers to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Supports development of necessary Contracts with Project Executives.
• Coordinates with Procurement on procurement schedule and needs.
• Coordinates with team to maximize off-site manufacturing through Excellerate.
• Oversees development of proposals to clients.
• Performs other related duties as required.
