Job summary

Invitation Homes LP is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager in Addison, TX to assist the Portfolio Director with daily operations of single-family rentals, financials, and resident relations. You will help maintain occupancy, ensure policy compliance, and provide excellent service to residents.

The role requires administrative experience in property management, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience in Property Management or related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Director in day-to-day operation of managing single-family rentals.
• Support occupancy levels and resident relations while ensuring policy compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service for resident move-in/move-out needs and requests.
• Monitor and work through applicable reports and tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, daily depositions, reconciliation, and collections efforts.
• Document resident and property issues in the property management system.
• Assist with electronic record keeping and lease-file management in the proprietary database.
