We are a General Contractor specializing in ground-up, multifamily construction projects with over 200 units. We are seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will oversee project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcomes. Organization and excellent time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation
• Prepare project schedules and meet deadlines
• Assist with estimation and bidding processes
• Communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as an APM (not a Project Engineer or Project Manager)
