Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to assist the Project Manager on multiple projects, coordinating engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases. The role involves supporting scheduling, cost control, and safety planning across projects, with opportunities to rotate with other support groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of construction project experience including planning, cost control, and administration of PO and subcontracts.
• Experience in EPC/design-build and Power Delivery preferred.
• Self-starter with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist PM in developing initial project schedule with relevant teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedule exhibits for PM review.
• Support safety planning, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Assist with monthly project reviews and financial closeouts.
• Support RFI submittals using QISG document management system.
• Provide feedback to improve technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
• Assist in procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts.
