Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction during development and execution phases of energy infrastructure projects.

This role involves coordinating multiple projects, preparing schedules, participating in reviews, and assisting with procurement, safety plans, and monthly financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
• 4+ years of construction project experience, including engineering, estimating, bidding, purchasing, scheduling, cost control, and document control

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases
• Assists PM in developing the initial project schedule with cross-functional teams
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews
• Supports procurement in developing subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedules
• Works with Safety to implement project safety plans and incident investigations
• Assists PM with monthly project reviews and financials
• Assists with RFIs using QISG document management system
• Provides feedback to improve technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables
• Supports procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts
• Monitors design, procurement, and construction progress
• Facilitates project close-out and warranty administration
• Performs post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned
• May act as PM when qualified and directed by PM/Operations Director
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
