Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to assist the Project Manager across development and execution phases. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities, and support schedule and safety processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of EPC/design-build construction experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 4+ years of construction project experience including planning, management, scheduling, cost control, and procurement

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases
• Assist PM in developing initial project schedules with cross-functional teams
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews
• Support procurement with subcontractor/vendor scopes and schedule exhibits
• Assist in safety planning, incident reporting, and investigations
• Prepare monthly project review reports for PM and Senior Management
• Support financial reviews and project closeouts
• Assist with RFI submittals and document management
• Contribute to quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables
• Support purchase orders and subcontracts procurement
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty administration
• Perform post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned
• May act as PM when qualified by PM/Operations Director
• Adhere to internal standards and procedures
