Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up and renovation construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate documentation, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications alongside senior leaders in a growing multifamily/senior living team in Indianapolis.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communicator across project teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Project Managers in planning and execution.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
