Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of Luxury Multifamily complexes throughout the Indianapolis area. They will work on the project from start to finish, collaborate with the leadership team to help scale the company, oversee project managers and superintendents, and coordinate closely with developers.

Description

The Senior Project Manager will:

• Plan and implement large projects
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Evaluate new strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Profile

The Successful Senior Project Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Construction
• Multifamily or mixed-use experience
• Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
