Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will develop schedules, budgets, and cost controls while reviewing plans, contracts, and documentation.

Coordinate subcontractors, lead meetings, and manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and pay applications to keep projects on track. The successful candidate will have proven multifamily construction experience, preferably with ground-up work, and strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction PM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required by experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and schedule performance.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate field operations with the Superintendent.
• Identify potential risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead project closeout and turnover activities.
