Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a close-knit general contractor delivering multifamily, mixed-use, and specialty projects in Denver and mountain communities. You will support the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout, helping plan, schedule, coordinate, and maintain quality.

The successful candidate has 2–5 years of construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor.
  • Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and change orders.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality.
  • Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
