Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support the Plant Manager in daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee production planning, quality control, and safety while guiding Team Leaders and staff to meet production goals.

The role focuses on Lean improvements, process optimization, and maintaining ISO standards across the plant. You will collaborate on strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a busy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations and managing multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes.
• Ability to set and manage production plans and schedules.
• Understanding of quality control and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager in daily operations of a manufacturing plant.
• Lead and mentor Team Leaders; supervise staff performance.
• Promote Lean improvement initiatives and coordinate with Lean teams.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager on strategic site goals and long-term planning.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling with Production Supervisors.
• Ensure quality standards and ISO compliance across processes.

Assistant Plant Manager will also help with staff supervision and promote a positive, productive work environment.1. Manages direct reports and operation of all departments and guides Team Leaders in the performance of theirduties.2. Maintains a personal presence in the facility regularly to respond to personnel problems and verify the effectiveness of operational strategies.3.
