Job summary

PSC Industries in Louisville, KY is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all plant personnel and drive improvements in production efficiency, safety and quality. You will partner with operations, engineering and quality teams to meet customer demands and optimize resources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a background in HVAC markets, and a proven Lean approach to drive 100% on-time delivery and strong cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership using Lean applications.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding HVAC market drivers and pressures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant personnel with focus on customer demands and requirements.
• Establish lean material flow and coordinate with sister facilities.
• Track operational and asset efficiency; drive 100% on-time delivery.
• Follow and improve QMS; reduce PPM rate.
• Ensure inventory is maintained with 8 turns annually; maintain BOM accuracy.
