Amrize is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to oversee on-site operations at the Marblehead Agg OH facility. You will coordinate production schedules, supervise staff, and ensure quality and timely delivery to clients.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and emphasizes cost control, improvement initiatives, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and quality specs.
• Manage subordinate staff in day-to-day performance.
• Ensure milestones and budgets are met.
• Develop goals and implement actions to improve performance.
• Balance inventory and sales to optimize working capital.
• Work with sales to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Lead on-site operations and maintain safety standards.
