Amrize is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager in Marblehead Agg OH to coordinate production schedules and ensure quality aligns with client specs. You will manage staff daily, meet milestones, and help drive cost efficiency across maintenance, production and shipping.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with a focus on safety and process improvements.

• Field of Study: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and quality specs.
• Supervise staff and ensure milestones and budgets are met.
• Drive and track financial performance via monthly forecasts.
• Lead on-site operations and adopt best practices for maintenance, production and shipping.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize plant costs and processes.
