Quality Talent Group seeks a Plant Supervisor for a global manufacturing client in Colorado Springs. You will oversee plant activities, coordinate maintenance, and support on-time production schedules.

Requirements include 3–5 years of related experience, demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports personnel to achieve timely and efficient production schedules.
• Investigates abnormal events or equipment failures to determine causes and implement fixes.
• Performs daily plant inspections and ensures policy and safety compliance.
