Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join the Physical Therapy department on a full-time, day-shift schedule. You will provide therapy interventions under a supervising PT, document treatments, and coordinate with aides and students to support patient care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
