Job summary

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Longmont, CO is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to improve front office processes and support HR functions within our pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. This role reports to the Operations Manager and combines administration with team leadership.

Qualifications

• At least one year of administrative experience.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with dental practice software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to boost teammate satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule appointments for all patient services.
• Oversee office processes: employee files, benefits, payroll, and front desk supervision.
• Improve processes using creative thinking.
• Create contracts and payment plans for private pay patients.
• Ensure patients are teched and scribed timely.
• Prepare patient insurance letters.
• Keep the practice clean and presentable.
• Support mission by providing high-quality care to underserved children.
