Job summary

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee front-office processes, manage HR tasks, and support pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic services. Reports to the Operations Manager and offers growth within the region.

Pay range is $56k–$62k per year with bonus opportunities; full-time, on-site role requiring weekend availability and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Dental practice experience is a plus.
• At least one year of administrative experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ECW/Dolphin, payroll, Intero, Google Docs, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build a community within the practice to support staff satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule appointments for all patient services.
• Manage office processes including staff files, benefits, payroll, and front desk supervision.
• Improve processes and services through creative thinking.
• Create contracts and payment plans for private-pay patients.
• Ensure patients are tech-enabled and scripted timely; assist when behind.
• Prepare accurate patient insurance letters.
• Maintain clean, presentable patient areas.
• Support mission with other duties.
