Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in a fast-paced environment with hourly staff and metrics management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to train and develop teams.
• Knowledge of DOT, SPED, safety compliance, and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

## Assistant Operations ManagerApply: Hudson, MA: Full time: Posted Today: REQ-2026-4339Van Pool Transportation LLCWe are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager who will oversee all operational aspects of a multi-service, fast-paced operating environment.
