Royal Coach Lines, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager to lead hands-on, field-based operational support across assigned locations in the New York region. You will work alongside local managers and frontline teams to drive day-to-day execution, solve problems, and reinforce standard processes.

The role emphasizes field coaching, audits, and rollout of new procedures, with regular travel to multiple locations and a 7:30am–4:30pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take direct ownership of field-level operational support for assigned locations, including daily issue follow-up and execution of action items.
• Work with local managers and frontline teams to identify problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate facilities-related needs and improvement projects across locations.
• Reinforce operating procedures, service expectations, and compliance through hands-on coaching.
• Maintain open items, drive action plans, and report progress to regional leadership.
• Assist with rollout of new processes, tools, and training across locations.
• Escalate risks and share trends with regional leadership to drive improvements.
• Perform additional assignments to support the NY region’s operational success.
