Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team and develop a high-performing office across the medical practice location. You will oversee daily operations, improve patient flow, and ensure policy compliance to deliver a positive Total Patient Experience.

The role requires prior medical office exposure, at least one year of customer interaction, and the ability to guide staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior medical office experience preferred; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors associated with the office location.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members through positive communication and supportive leadership.
• Assist with day-to-day operations: monitor office flow, manage supplies, train staff.
• Lead the office by providing focused support and coaching as directed by the Office Manager.
• Answer team member and patient questions when the Office Manager is unavailable.
