Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to achieve a world-class Total Patient Experience, maximizing retail sales while supporting patients' medical needs. The role oversees operations, team support, merchandising, inventory, training and safety, and drives revenue and profitability with independent judgement.

The candidate will manage KPI scorecards, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with doctors to align office performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Background check favorable as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor(s) associated with office location.
• Human Resource Management: Recruiting, training, coaching, and development of team members including KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment and utilize tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and HIPAA & OSHA requirements.
