Minimum Requirements

Education

Graduated from an accredited Nursing Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, or higher.

BSN preferred.

Licensure

Current unrestricted RN license required.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPI) may be required based on unit specialty.

Experience

Two to three years of clinical nursing experience. Specialty experience may be required based on unit/department (e.g., OR, ICU, ED).

Previous Leadership Or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred.

Pay Range

• Assistant Nurse Manager hourly range > $43.40 - $59.68
• Final compensation is determined at the offer stage

• This position is full-time nights (36hrs/week) - 2 shifts per week on the floor, 1 shift administrative
