You will supervise daily operations under the Nurse Manager, drive unit goals, and foster professional development and patient safety across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the 2 West unit under the Nurse Manager.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative leadership to meet department goals.
• Promote professional development and shared governance among staff.
