The position requires a BSN, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of nursing experience with leadership potential; MSN preferred. A collaborative, patient-centered approach is essential, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN license essential.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred, with 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisor experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse Manager in daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, and departmental budget adherence.
