LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to oversee a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. This leadership role supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The ANM acts as a mentor, resource, and clinical leader to foster a positive, collaborative work environment, handling staffing, performance evaluations, and safety compliance while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and RN licensure.
• 2+ years of RN experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• ICU experience and prior supervisory experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate staff and provide development.
• Ensure patient care aligns with plans and collaborative care plans.
• Participate in budget development and monitor staffing productivity.

• Maintain a safety-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:
