The position requires 1+ years of clinical experience plus ADN and BSN/ MSN within 2 years. OH RN license and BLS are expected; ACLS/PALS may be required by unit standards.

Qualifications

• ADN, Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN within 2 years of hire date (Required).
• MSN within 2 years of hire date (Required).

Responsabilités

• Routinely provide patient care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains employee records.
• Identifies needs for and provides staff education/staff development.
• Participates in discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education.
