Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System’s Main Campus in Cleveland seeks a Clinical Technician to support the Coronary ICU team during night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Work includes vital signs, patient assistance, and collaboration with RNs in a high-acuity cardiac unit.

The J31 unit provides advanced cardiovascular care with continuous monitoring and complex therapies; you will be integral to patient safety, room upkeep, and timely reporting of changes, under experienced nursing supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross within new hire period.
• One year of recent, full-time patient care experience required.
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience.
• Military medical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision (e.g., vital signs, weight, personal care).
• Report abnormal findings or changes to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
