Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN degree required.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of RN experience.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Hold self and staff accountable for patient needs assessment, evaluation, documentation, and appropriate interventions.
• Support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations, including practice and financial management.
