Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Hold self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, and documentation of patient needs.
• Support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations with nurse manager and behavioral health leadership.
