Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Merchant to support the execution of creative product development and seasonal line plans in Columbus, OH. You will help drive sales growth by assisting in new product launches, pricing, promotions, and cross-functional communication.

You will analyze consumer insights, support in-store launches, and prepare presentations for executives. The role requires 1–3 years in brand or merchandising and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years in brand development, merchandising, or retail management.
• Analytical and retail math skills with business sense.
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
• Experience using Centric PLM for data entry and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist on growth-driving brand strategy and planning.
• Support new product development and line planning.
• Coordinate development projects and cost analyses.
• Prepare internal presentations for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze weekly data for insights and merchandising opportunities.
• Visit stores to solicit customer feedback and observe in-store performance.
