Bath & Body Works in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Merchandise Planner to drive forecasting and financial plans for product merchandising categories. You will generate and analyze data, revise plans, and report to the Manager, Merchandise Planning.

No direct reports. Key responsibilities include coordinating omni-channel financial plans, maintaining SKU-level forecasts, collaborating on launches, presenting trends in reviews, and developing long-term seasonal forecasts.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated track record of being an effective partner and teammate across multiple departments.
• Organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
• Expert technical skill proficiency using Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Expert technical skill proficiency using MSI tools preferred; other retail planning systems experience.
• Two years of catalogue, internet or stores retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Omni Channel financial plans and topline distributions, assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain SKU-level forecasts updated monthly or more frequently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on launches and reactive buys.
• Work with Central Planning to identify targets for pre-season and in-season.
• Present business trends and forecasts in weekly reviews.
• Develop long-term forecasts to guide seasonal architecture.
• Review seasonal hindsight for cross-functional teams.
• Pursue growth and development opportunities and improve processes.
• Communicate openly, take responsibility, and champion ideas.
• Adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility.
• Encourage innovation and risk-taking within teams.
• Foster teamwork across divisions and set high performance standards.
