Dollar Tree is looking for a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager in Hudson, New Hampshire. You will lead a team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our customers while handling various merchandising tasks and freight processing.

The role requires strong communication skills, retail management expertise, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
